FreddieBears is proud to introduce to the world Fungus! Fungus is an ambitious sous chef who fully intends opening his own chain of restaurants in the future. He specialises in foraging for fresh, wild ingredients, but prefers to omit mushrooms from his menu… no idea why..!

Fungus is approximately 15 inches tall and 9 inches wide. 

Somnolent Solomon snored his way into the FreddieBears HQ today - he hasn’t actually woken up yet to share his hobbies and interests, although I’ve been assured that he loves babies and young children.

Solomon is a big boy, with a length of 28 inches from tip of pink nose to tip of stripy tail, and is 16 inches wide if he lies spread out.

He would make a great friend for a small person who needs a good, laid back friend…

Lady has come to join us here at FreddieBears! She is a very elegant blonde wolf, who really enjoys crochet and protecting her family. Lady stands approximately 14 inches tall and 11 wide.

Look who has just arrived at FreddieBears! Roly the sausage pup! Roly has shown a marked skill in beat boxing and quilling, but since he’s still a baby we expect his skills to develop even more.

Roly is classed as a “lovey”, so his body is quite floppy and cuddlesome - he really leans in for hugs! He’s around 14 inches long and eight inches wide, and can be made to be suitable for little people under three years old, with either embroidered or sleepy eyes and a crocheted nose.

We have a new wolf arrived today - please stand to meet Sir Badulf, a handsome dark gentle boy of Germanic origins. Badulf is a sudoku specialist who can, allegedly, complete the Times crossword in under ten minutes.

He is approximately 15 inches tall and around 12 inches across.

I’d like to welcome Ellie to the FreddieBears family - she was created as a memorial for a beloved pet

Ellie is a beautiful little chihuahua who stands approximately 15 inches tall and 15 inches wide.

Rocky is in the building! Rocky is our first ever “trash bandit” (no racism intended, of course) who arrived clutching his own little cookie. He happily allowed me go hold the cookie when he was shaking hands with the rest of the team, and told me that I might share if I wanted to. I declined and gave him his property back, and he again showed consummate good manners in his response.

Rocky is approximately 14 inches tall and 12 inches wide (tip of nose to tip of tail). He has a swivelly head and bendy arms, so will need a careful, loving family to live with…

Meet Octavius, our own little octopus. He’s a shy little soul, but he confessed that when he’s had a glass or two of Pernod, he enjoys a spot of karaoke.

Octavius is approximately 21 inches from head to tip of tentacle, and 34 inches from tip of tentacle to other… well, tip of tentacle.

FreddieBears is happy to welcome Topo Gigio to the team! Topo is a beautiful white rat who has a nifty elvish fashion sense, together with his own little sack - he says you can add some nice (wrapped) sweeties to the sack and he would make the ideal gift!

Topo stands approximately 12 inches tall and around six inches wide. He could be made to accommodate the needs of a very small person by having embroidered eyes and nose, and losing the real tinkly bell on his hat. We can add on a baby-safe crocheted bell instead.

Camillus the Camel is the latest arrival at the FreddieBears HQ. Camillus has a beautifully made blanket (removable, of course) that he made himself as he was making his way from his birthplace (Scunthorpe, I believe he said) and he is rightfully proud of it.

Beautiful blue-eyed Camillus stands approximately 14 inches tall and ten inches wide. He’s a heavy boy because his back legs and bum-si-daisy are weighted so he doesn’t spend all his time falling over.

Ellena Elephant is with us at FreddieBears today! She arrived, completely exhausted, after packing her trunk and saying goodbye to the circus, so she’s taking a little nap in a nicely appointed fluffy chair.

Ellena is approximately 10 inches long and eight inches high - her trunk is very perky, she wants me to explain. She would make a lovely friend for tiny hands to hold.
